After check headphones changing the leads etc.
I emailed V-Moda explaining my problem, that the left driver has failed I think on my V-Moda Crossfade M100 Matte Headphones and the was only 6 months old.

I have a valid serial number checked on their system,
but Proof of purchase as they were a 50´s Birthday Present I don't have here
So I have asked my family in USA and they have moved house since
So Nobody can find retailers receipt, because it was Birthday a present so they did not think too send it,

They are only 6 months old, and the law states you don't need proof of purchase as my serial number proves it your product, that's all I need to prove,

You think I am going to give them, any more Money for a Product that has not even lasted 6 months of use... and under the law is not fit for purpose and they damn well know it
So I contacted them again and told them I was not happy with there lack professionalism and customer service selling substandard products that are not fit for purpose under the law.
Again I asked for Details of Director or CEO and told them what a P.R disaster this was ...
And I will not be buying any more V-Moda or Roland Products which I have a few expensive keyboards and sequencers..

So I am annoyed by this so I start my own Campanian and I started adding this banner to all my Facebook and Groups and forums make people aware of how they deal with customers
